How does the Ubike leasing plan work for employers?

The Ubike leasing plan is an innovative solution for employers to enhance their benefits package with a sustainable and cost-effective commuting option. By integrating bike leasing into your mobility offer, you can provide your employees with a valuable opportunity to maximize their gross salary.
Here's how it works: Employees can lease a high-quality bike through Ubike using a portion of their gross salary before tax deductions. This salary sacrifice scheme means that employees can save on income tax and social security contributions while enjoying the benefits of a new bike. For employers, this translates into a more motivated workforce, potential savings on payroll taxes, and a boost in your company's green credentials.
Ubike takes care of the entire process, from the selection of bikes to the full-service package that includes maintenance, repairs, and insurance. This hassle-free approach means there's minimal administrative overhead for your company. Employees simply sign up, choose their bike, and the rest is managed by Ubike, allowing them to enjoy a healthier commute and you to fulfill your role as a forward-thinking employer.
In addition to the financial benefits, Ubike leasing supports corporate sustainability goals by reducing carbon footprints and promoting eco-friendly transportation. It's a win-win for both employers and employees, aligning personal health and wellness with environmental responsibility and corporate efficiency.
