Role Description

As a Customer Success Representative at Ubike, you will be responsible for optimizing the day-to-day management, optimizing the after-sales service, providing comprehensive administrative support, and contributing to sales efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with corporate customers and ensuring that smooth and efficient service is provided for every client.
  • Playing a crucial role in the onboarding of small-sized companies.
  • Overseeing the insurance coverage for every delivered bike and acting as the liaison between cyclists and our Insurance/Assistance partners in case of incidents or breakdowns.
  • Efficiently managing incoming billing.
  • Contributing to sales strategies and initiatives by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities among existing customers to promote additional services and lease renewals.
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify and implement strategies that enhance customer retention and acquisition.

You will be expected to work full-time in our Brussels Metropolitan Area office with flexibility to work remotely.


  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Perfectly bilingual with fluent writing skills in both Dutch and French.
  • Strong communication and writing abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and administrative tasks.
  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
